Pierre Henry-Fontaine
Founder & Head Chef
Pierre Henry-Fontaine simply loves food. He is passionate about the flavours of his Caribbean heritage and was strongly influenced by Cajun cuisine and soul food following studying in the USA. Pierre has an incredible talent of combining the most unique and authentic flavors to create sumptuous dishes for you to enjoy.
"Your hand is SWEET"
Pierre developed his passion for food at an early age, growing up watching both his grandmothers and his mum cook in the kitchen his love for food began to blossom. Watching them closely, he learnt all their tricks and started dabbling in the kitchen in his early teens. His food quickly became a hit with his family who would often tell him "your hand is sweet." A compliment hailing from the islands only bestowed upon the best chefs.
Mr Sweet Hands is a labour of love and Pierre is immensely proud to bring his customers incredible food each and every week.
